At Silken Wear, we understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel an order, we are here to help. Please see the details below to understand our cancellation process.

Order Cancellation Window

Time Limit: Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After this time, orders will immediately enter the processing phase and cancellations will no longer be possible.

How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please contact us at  info@silkenwear.co.uk with your order number and a cancellation request as soon as possible. We will confirm if your cancellation request was successful.

Cancellations after dispatch

If your order has already been dispatched, we are no longer able to cancel it. However, you may still be eligible for a return once you have received the item. For more details, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved:

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Cancellable Items

Some items may not be eligible for cancellation, including:

Custom or Personalized Products: Once an order for a personalized item is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Changes to Your Order

If you would like to make changes to your order (e.g. size, color), please contact us within the same cancellation period. We will do our best to accommodate your request, although changes may be limited depending on the status of your order.
